A joint effort with the City of Los Angeles Innovation Team, to gain insights into employment in LA from the perspective of employees, employers, and students.

The ask

We were asked to help Mayor Garcetti’s Innovation team conduct primary research to help them better understand the evolving needs of employers, employees, and students. This was in an effort to foster employment in LA. Our findings would be used to help facilitate 3 workshops as part of InnovateLA 2019.

My role

My primary focus was to perform research and help facilitate the co-creation workshops with employers, employees, and students.
